Strain Review

Strain: Lobster Pot
💨 Type: Hybrid
🌱 Lineage:
🔥 THC:
🏪 Dispensary: Sunburn

👀 Appearance
This batch came in sticky and fresh, almost glistening. Dense, chunky buds with deep green hues and contrasting orange pistils gave it serious visual appeal. Trichome coverage was impressive—thick and gooey to the touch.

👃 Aroma
This was one of the most complex and layered terpene profiles we’ve ever encountered. Immediately, a savory, briny seafood essence hits the nose—distinctly lobster, not crab or shellfish, but unmistakably lobster stew boiling in a coastal kitchen. As the nugs are broken apart, the profile mutates and deepens—suddenly you’re standing inside a rundown garage with the sharp tang of gasoline fumes and oxidized oil wafting from an open tank in the corner. It’s a wild sensory ride from sea to service center.

👅 Flavor
Savory and gassy. The inhale has a creamy, buttery seafood note while the exhale leans toward diesel and burnt rubber. Despite the unusual description, it’s oddly smooth and lingering.

🧠 Effects
A fast-hitting head high creeps behind the eyes before melting into a full-body calm. This one smokes like a stinky indica but hits like a balanced hybrid—creative, introspective, and a little dazed. Ideal for zoning out with something weird on TV or dissecting terp profiles with a notebook and nose.

Overall
Lobster Pot is divisive by name, but this batch proved to be a masterpiece of unique, pungent terps and potent effects. One of the most memorable experiences we’ve had in Florida medical.  Which lands it on your top of the year list with the most intriguing new strain of the year.
