๐Ÿ‘€ Appearance
Raspberry Parfait immediately stood out for the amount of frost covering the flower. The buds were dense and compact, built around a green base with thick orange and rust-colored pistils winding through the surface. Even before magnification, the resin coverage gave the flower a bright, sugar-coated look from edge to edge. Under the microscope, that coating resolved into tightly packed trichomes spread heavily across the flower, with clear and cloudy heads dominating and some amber mixed throughout. The coverage was consistent across the buds rather than concentrated in only a few especially frosty areas. Between the compact structure, warm pistil color, and extensive trichome coverage, Raspberry Parfait had the kind of visual presentation that immediately made me want to spend more time with it.

๐Ÿ‘ƒ Aroma
The raspberry terps were the defining part of the jar for me. The aroma leaned strongly into sweet berry, with the raspberry character staying recognizable instead of blending into a generic fruit profile. It was one of those jars I kept going back to because that berry note remained distinct every time I checked it. There was enough depth behind the sweetness to keep the aroma interesting, but raspberry remained firmly at the center of the experience. What I enjoyed most was how clearly the strain established its identity without needing an overwhelming aroma. The profile was inviting, distinctly fruit-forward, and immediately gave Raspberry Parfait its own personality before I ever got to the flavor.

๐Ÿ‘… Flavor
The flavor is where Raspberry Parfait really followed through. The raspberry character carried directly into the smoke instead of disappearing after the first inhale, giving the flower a genuinely enjoyable berry-forward taste throughout the session. The sweetness stayed noticeable without becoming artificial or overly syrupy, and the overall flavor was smooth enough that the raspberry remained easy to appreciate. This was simply a great-tasting flower. More importantly, the flavor stayed on par with the quality I remembered from Raspberry Turnover, another Curaleaf raspberry profile that impressed me with its strong fruit identity and how well the aroma translated into the smoke. Raspberry Parfait takes the raspberry theme in its own direction, but it succeeds for the same basic reason: the flavor promised when the jar is opened actually follows through once the flower is smoked.

๐Ÿง  Effects
Raspberry Parfait tested at 24.8% THC, 0.0254% CBD, and 1.57% total terpenes. For me, this was a lighter strain that allowed me to remain focused rather than pulling the session toward heaviness. The effects were noticeable while still leaving plenty of room to stay engaged with what I was doing, which made the experience feel functional and easy to work with. That lighter effect profile paired especially well with the bright raspberry flavor because I could enjoy the strain without feeling like the rest of the day needed to revolve around it. The combination of good flavor, manageable intensity, and the ability to maintain focus made Raspberry Parfait a comfortable Sativa experience for me.

โœ… Overall
Raspberry Parfait from Reef is another strong raspberry-forward cultivar at Curaleaf, with Shishkaberry ร— Truffula Tree genetics from Humboldt Seed Company. The heavy trichome coverage gave the flower immediate visual appeal, but the raspberry terps and flavor were what made this strain memorable for me. Curaleaf has already delivered a winner in this lane with Raspberry Turnover, which stood out for its raspberry-jam sweetness, pastry character, frosted sticky flower, and strong translation from aroma into flavor. Raspberry Parfait stayed on par with that previous experience while giving the raspberry profile its own identity. Here the berry character takes center stage, backed by a lighter effect profile that allowed me to stay focused and functional. The flower looked excellent, the raspberry terps were unmistakable, the flavor followed through, and the effects fit the experience well. Raspberry Parfait was a delightful strain and another Curaleaf raspberry selection that delivered where it mattered.
